Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping items out within a 24-36 hour window. (except for weekends, orders placed after 2 pm Friday may not go out until Monday- though we generally get late friday orders to post office by Saturday afternoon, not sure they move to fast from there as local post office is normally closed. Either way, most items will be delivered within a week, depending upon the destination (distance from Gettysburg PA. Western states and destinations may take a few days more) .
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only after you have notified us via email or phone call to report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and credit your account. We will give you a RM (return merchandise) number and ask that you include it in your package. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee. Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

The Crystal Wand does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Nor will we keep your credit information on file for security purposes.
