These small muslin bags contain a variety of crystals and stones to cover all the chakra zones in your body. You simply toss them into your bath water and allow the energy of the enclosed crystals to infiltrate your water, which in turn, we hope, will help align your charkas while you relax in a warm bath, soaking in the crystal energies. Simply rinse off the bag (with crystals in it) after use and set it somewhere to dry out and reuse again and again.
